Past Winners

The 2020 High School Speak-Off Competition for Sutter County was held virtually. The topic for this year's competition was, "How should Resource Conservation Districts serve and engage the entire community in conservation work?"

Four contestants competed for three cash awards. All contestants gave exceptional, well researched and well delivered speeches. Congratulations to the awardees, and we hope to see you all again for the Speak-off in 2021! 

1st PLACE: Kirtan Kalkat (Live Oak High School)
