A plan is being developed by Sutter County Resource Conservation District, in cooperation with the National Park Service, to provide educational and recreational opportunities and restore riparian habitat along the Feather River from the 10th Street Bridge south to the area of Shanghai Bend for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
